Customer interfacing – including Sales, Presentation and Customer Service Upskilling
Law 2 Web works with its customers to attain measurable improvements in these critical often overlapping skill areas. Services offered include;
- Analysis and reporting on current skill levels
- Interactive seminars with course materials
- One on one training and follow up
- Client satisfaction surveys
We help break down the myth that Sales Skills and Professionalism are mutually exclusive. By doing this we unlock the potential our clients have to secure more or better work and achieve great outcomes for their customers.
Marketing – including Website content, development and optimisation
Law 2 Web reviews existing marketing strategies and provides services and/or recommends other experts to improve these.
Law 2 Web assists its customers with their web strategies. We work with third party web designers, developers and hosts to get a website working in the ways a customer needs it to. We focus on content from interviews with customers and their clients and then ensure that the culture and points of difference of the customer’s business are properly reflected and optimised in their website.
Many law firms in New Zealand struggle both with the need for, and then how to get, an appropriate web presence. We spend time with them to make sure that the reasons are understood and bought into. This approach ensures that the resulting website is properly positioned and, critically, considered as the marketing hub of the practice rather than a nuisance. This avoids the trap that many firms get into of failing to keep their websites up-to-date, current, relevant and optimised.
Our experience working with the Legal Profession for many years is what distinguishes us. We are also happy to work with professional organisations outside the Legal Profession.
“I have known Paul professionally speaking for many years. His move into the law firm consultancy arena is a timely one and one that will exploit his considerable knowledge and expertise in law firm marketing and law library management.
Marketing and, dare I say it, sales skills, are something that the profession is going to have to become considerably more adept at if individual practices are going to survive and prosper, particularly in the current challenging trading conditions.
As for law firms libraries, just ask any practice manager or partner about their library and they will start tearing their hair out. If that sounds like you, you need to talk to Paul.”
Managing Director & Pricing Consultant
I found Paul to be an absolute pleasure to deal with, and he applied particular skill in gaining an appreciation of our firm’s culture and strategic requirements. His commitment to our success was frequently demonstrated by his passion and energy, and a willingness to go the “extra mile” to get the job done. Paul is also particularly adept at relating to practitioners on a one-to-one level of all ages and abilities.
